This lovely apartment is perfect for couples, or smaller groups who want to be close to downtown, but still want the privacy of a quiet little neighborhood, tucked away just off the beaten path. This downtown neighborhood shares many roads that lead directly to Knoxville entertainment and food districts. Although this home is a duplex, both apartments include entrances that are completely private, so all areas mentioned will be just for you.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to cook all your meals, from the simplest breakfast snacks, to elaborate gourmet dinners.
